The Legend Hotels chain, which runs its business in Poland, Latvia and Estonia, has signed a contract for operating two hotels under Marriott International franchise. Courtyard and Moxy will welcome guests between late 2019 and early 2020.
The tripartite contract was signed by Tarmo Sumberg, Chairman of the board Legendhotels, Janusz Mitulski of Marriott International, and Anna Węgrzyniak and Marcin Woźniak from Porto — an investor implementing the POSEJDON project in Szczecin. Legend Hotels obtained the franchise for running both hotels under the Marriott International brands, and at the same time for it has become a long-time tenant of the POSEJDON hotel and congress center consisting of more than 11,700 square meters.
These are the first hotels belonging to the largest network in the world, which will be built in Szczecin. At the same time, POSEJDON is the first case where Courtyard and Moxy will be located in one building. In the four-star hotel Courtyard will be 134 rooms, in the three-star hotel Moxy there will be 121, to be able to welcome over 500 guests in total.
